Change in diet again-maybe

[Anonymous]

Well, I’m thinking of trying to add some things to Henry’s diet.

He just had allergy testing and he’s all clear. We still have no answers, but on the brighter side, maybe we can try to eat a few more things.

**So my question is if there’s a list of foods recomended for a corn free diet. I’ve found a bazillion lists of what to avoid, but can’t find what is good or allowed.

**I also am finding differing advice on corn free. Some say even milk and chicken are corn tainted. to watch the wax on fruits and veggies. What do you all think about that?

What I’m going to try to do is stay even more free of corn than we have been, but add some of the other things we’ve been avoiding. This is really mind boggling, but I’m sure I’ll figure it out. I just have to do some thinking.
