Choking/Aspiration?

Does anyone have a reflux child who when they spit/puke it comes out their nose and they can’t catch their breath??? This is so scary, and it’s actually how we first knew there was a problem–at just 10 days old she did this!!!!

Now she’s 12 weeks and she still does it. She gets so scared and wide-eyed, and then when she does catch her breath, she screams!!! I have the changing table on a 30 degree angle and she still cannot keep it down during changing. I need to change her clothes often, too! I try to do as much as I can while she’s upright, but it’s a real pain!

I am very concerned about leaving her with anyone with this happening. What the heck is there to do about it?? Is the only thing we can do is wait until her LES matures!!?? This is ridiculous!

My son did that and once his reflux was under control with the right meds then he didn’t do it anymore.
