I don’t know that you can figure it out based on that information. Just ask them if it’s at least 16.8 percent sodium bicarb. Also, how many mg/ml is it? I really would be careful about getting it in one months supply. Compounded prevacid can be notoriously unstable even in two week supplies (If it’s working for you then that’s fine, I just wanted to put the info out there.) I would also ask for a list of exactly what they are putting into the compound- it has to be more than prevacid and sodium bicarb, even if it’s just water (which is fine). But our compound pharmacy also told me that it was an unflavoured suspension and that they were using the right amounts of bicarb, and then when I got the ingredient list, I found out that they were adding ingredients called “simple syrup” and “stevia powder” both of which were degrading the meds.
Good luck. And for what it’s worth, our compounding pharmacy always looked at me strangely and gave me a hard time when I asked for her meds to be prepared a certain way. They only really look at the pH of the meds when they talk about “stability” so they would assure me over and over that their tests insist that the meds are stable. Hope you figure things out.
