ok, as some of my other posts mentioned I took it upon myself to cut Aidan’s meds in half….7.5 mgs 2X a day (well 7.5 as far as I can guess they are soltabs) down from 15 2X a day..what I am wondering is, if he does not seem overly fussy, does that mean the decrease is ok? And if I start to see the need to increase it back to 30 mgs, will it take the 2 weeks to work as it did in the start? (ladies so sorry for so many posts as of late, just a bunch of new things happening as we started solids, etc and I want to make sure I am doing the right things), ty guys in advance.

I would think that means the decrease is OK – but I know you said he
also had a surge in appetite – did the two correspond? If so, I guess
just keep an eye to make sure he’s not comfort eating out of any pain?
Hope the decreased dosage continues to work!

no, they didn’t really happen at the same time, I only recently decreased his meds and the appetite thing has been pretty much since he started solids a month ago. I never hear him “gurgle” anymore, no hiccups, all we have is wet burps still, but they don’t seem to bother him…guess I’lll give it a week or 2 and see what happens
