Disney for Food Intolerances/Allergies

I was just reading an article in “Living Without” about how Disney is now catering to those with food allergies/intolerances. Here is the article, and another article about it:

It gives me hope that other places will realize that allergies affect a growing percentage of our population.

I’ve also been meaning to subscribe to Living Without and your link inspired me to finally get my act together and order it.
