This post is both and update and a question. My dd is 8 months and two weeks old. Her reflux is finally under control and possibly gone. She was on half her pervacid dosage for weeks. Then the past couple of days I haven’t given her prevacid and so far she has been great. DD is eating solids three times a day including cereals, veggies, fruits, meats, and rice puffs. She had a mpsi and has been on Alimentum formula. I would like to switch her to Good Start. Would this be a good time? Should I mix the formulas to wean her off the Alimentum? I really hope she has outgrown her mpsi!

I would mixed the 2 formulas when you start the transition. That is what I did when we went from Nutramigen to Gentelase. I might however hold off until she has been off meds for a bit longer and then you will know if it is the formula causing the problem or if it is just the lack of meds.
