1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite sized chunks
1 tsp salt, divided
1/4 tsp ground pepper, divided
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup chopped red sweet pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup Swanson’s Natural Goodness chicken broth
1/2 lb spincah rinsed, chopped
One 16 oz box of Farfalle noodles
2 tbs of parsely, chopped
Srpinkle chicken with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tp black pepper. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken, onion, sweet red pepper and garlic; cook and stir for 5-7 minutes ubtil chicken is alsmost cooked through. Add chicken broth, spinach and remaining salt and pepper. Cook until spinach is wilted and chicken cooked through. Cook farfalle according to package directions; drain and return to pot. Toss chicken mixture with farfalle and serve sprinkled with fresh parsely.
