Feeding/Nap Schedule for 11-month-old?

I haven’t been on in a while because Amelia is doing very well with her reflux! Thank you everyone for all your support! I/we couldn’t have gotten through those months without you!!!!

I am wondering what an 11-month-old feeding/nap schedule should look like (times you feed and nap)? Also, what are you feeding your 11-month-old? Amelia is having texture aversions. We are eating very few table foods right now. She gags on Stage 3 foods and a lot of table foods, so we keep going back to Stage 2 pureed foods. If it has a chunk in it she gags. We did well today for lunch, though. She had whole wheat toast, cheese, and avocado! I finished off with pureed carrots.

If anyone has suggestions I would greatly appreciate it!

we still did two naps a day. .. but every once in a while it was one nap for the day. the two naps were something like 10:00 and 3:30ish.

as for food.. we would give him a bottle when he woke up.. breaskfast (i honestly cant remember what now!).. but then nap… bottle.. lunch.. another nap.. sometimes snack before it it or after it. .. then dinner and then another bottle before bed.

you can try sweet potato?? maybe very steamed brocolli?? we put the avocado on toast too.. we did egg yolk w/salt on it. sorry, not a lot of help with the food at that age! and it was only 8 mos ago!!

I just wanted to say that I wouldn’t worry about the gagging on Stage 3 foods. Both of my kids did, and neither one of them has any food texture issues. I think it’s just that they can’t figure out if they are supposed to chew or just swallow.

I think using the stage 2 and some table foods is great!
