Thanks Christine. Do you know if Gerber Harvest has cross contamination though? That would be my only concern with Ian’s little belly. Would love to try it though.

No, pacifer is really only bed/nap or in stroller when he has confinment issues (LOL)-and even then he’ll chew on that-go figure! When he was younger, we used it after he ate in bouncer for about a half hour to help activate stomach muscles and keep fluids down but we don’t even really have to do that any more. We’ve actually been lucky where it seems he can take it or leave it. Good thought though!

I’m not sure about the cross contamination issue. Do you mean cross contamination with other foods? Maybe you can email them and they’ll have an answer for you.

Yeah, Myles gets his nuk for bed/carseat/stroller, confinement issues as well. Myles would suck on his all day if I let him, though.

Hope the feeding clinic went well today! Marisa only has 4-5 tbsp
oatmeal a day – sometimes less. And never more than 3 tbsp at a time.

Beechnut also does a sweet potato/apple combo, but don’t know anything about cross contamination.

Thats really interesting about the gut maturing at 11 months cause we had a real turnaround in solids starting at 11 months. I think there is some truth to that. Sorry to hear that Ian is having some issues, Im sure he will catch up in no time, especially if the reflux is under control. We never had any issues like that, we call Tyler the human vacuum cause he eats every little crumb he can find off the floor, he has a real thing for eating stickers and paper too…..
