Finger foods for TED (MFPI) little ones

Any suggestions for finger foods for little ones who are MFPI and whose moms are on TED?

Here are some prepared foods that I have found or heard of:

• Erewhon Crispy Rice cereal (organic brown rice, organic brown rice syrup, sea salt)
• Erewhon Aztec Crunchy Corn & Amaranth cereal (organic corn flour, organic ground whole amaranth, organic apple juice concentrate, sea salt)
• Perky-O’s Original (whole sorghum flour, rice flour, tapioca starch, evaporated cane juice, salt)
• Nu-World Foods Amaranth Cereal Snaps (organic amaranth, organic tapioca starch)

I have also been able to give my little guy (11-1/2 months and just now getting teeth):

• a quarter of an apple (big enough to hold and he can gnaw on it but not break off chunks that he could choke on)
• bits from a baked potato (dryer than chunks of sweet potato and thus somewhat easier to pick up off his highchair tray)

Any other ideas or products??

Lundberg organic Brown Rice Cakes Salt Free! My son loves them!

We have also trialed the Nu-World Amaranth Snaps, but can’t tolerate them yet.

Just Fruits, made by Just Tomatoes, have been great. They really are only the fruit dried. We have trialed bananas and apricots. They are great finger foods. site: http://www.justtomatoes.com/html/1fruits.html

Whole Foods also has dried foods that contain nothing but the fruit. The apricots and prunes are great. I sliced them into small pea size bits. You just have to pick out the really soft ones for your little ones; some of them can be a bit hard to chew.
