For about two weeks straight my daughter was finally sleeping wonderfully through the night (10 hours or more). I can’t tell you how great this was for us after 3 months in the NICU and then colic and reflux for the next 4 months when we got home. But she got two doses of the flu shot, one month apart, and after each shot she was cranky and has been waking at night and fussing all day. She doesn’t nap well either. Her last flu shot was 4 days ago. Did anyone else have this reaction to the flu shot? The doctor says it’s probably not related to the flu shot, but I don’t know. (I know she doesn’t have an ear infection, no fever, not teething yet). I can’t tell if the flu shot made the reflux flare up, or maybe she’s just reacting to the flu shot and not having any reflux. I just can’t believe it is the reflux because she’s on 30 MG of prevacid and weighs 16 lbs.
I guess time will tell, but just wondered what others thought.
