I have the medela hospital grade pump, and you’ll probably think I’m weird – but what I do is after I put the pumps on, I just pull my shirt down over them and it holds them in place so it’s hands free.
Of course I’m just at home pumping, so nobody sees me. You know what I do while I pump? Message boards!
It’s the only way I’ve lasted pumping this long.
I was also going to mention that for the last probably 8 months I’ve only had to pump every 7 or 8 hours (3 times a day) and have plenty of milk to feed Bryce breastmilk exclusively. So I guess it depends on the person.
