soooo, those of you that have ever dealt with a financial billing company that covers several accounts that you have—and can’t keep them straight. you know, putting the wrong payment to the wrong account, not giving credit for payments because they don’t know where they put them—even though they know you payed them because you send them copies (front and back) of your cancelled checks. and then the hours and hours, day after day, that you spend on the phone trying to get someone who knows anything—and getting told different things by different people you talk to—–and we KNOW they all have access to the same info on their computer. and, being told something is computer automated and will be sent out in 1 to 2 weeks (like i don’t know there is a manual override and i want it printed out NOW and sent out TODAY!)
if a person were to just finally lose it and do something drastic—-do you think it could be considered justifiable homicide—-or temporary insanity from the circles and circles and hoops they made you jump through?
