Missed Zantac dosage

[Anonymous]

I missed my dd’s Zantac dosage tonight. (she is four months)

Do I give it to her when she wakes up at 2-3am and give her the morning dosage a little later? Or do I give it to her at the time of her next dosage at 7am tomorrow.

I believe it is best practice to skip it tonight and at 2-3 but if prior to 7am she is in need i.e. increased symptoms than you could give it early. Hope that helps.

I’ll go with that. Thank you!
