Can I give Mylanta to my daughter for some relief while we are figuring out her meds? If so, how much? (she is 12 lbs)

yep-try to get the supreme kind cause its aluminum free-thought the regurlar wont harm her unlesss she is drinking like bottles of it a day.
i was giving about 1-2 ML every couple hours at that weight if my sons reflux flaired up.

i think they say not to exceed 4ml’s a day at that weight…

soo maybe 1 ml @ a time.

At 5 – 7 months I gave Myles 2 – 2.5 mls up to 4 times daily. He was 16 – 17 lbs. Probably at her weight I’d start with 1 ml, and maybe go up to 1.5 or 2 mls if 1 wasn’t enough. Supposedly it’s very safe and you’ll know if you give too much because it will cause very loose stools.

My sister’s doctor told her to use 2ml 4xday when her baby was 12 lbs. Her baby is about your daughter’s age.
