When do you all find mylanta to be the most useful (and needed) and I’ve read something about the mylanta supreme cherry?? How much is the dosage you all use and is it 2 or 4 hrs. from the PPI?

mylanta cherry supreme is aluminum free. i would go like 2 hours apart from the ppi just to be safe. i used it when our ppi dose wasnt high enough and he had reflux flair ups.

I used it before Myles was on a high enough dose of Prevacid, usually before feedings or before bed. I gave him 1- 2 mls.

Like Natalia said, the Mylanta Cherry Supreme is aluminum free which is why most of us use it.

I tried it with Hailey. Didn’t do much for her, but it has been good for others. Good luck.
