Do you find that you have to use Mylanta during the night on top of the Pepcid? We are only using Pepcid, only at night, but DS is cutting a mouthful of teeth and it is kicking his acid up again. I’m wondering if it’s OK to give him Mylanta later in the night when he wakes up and I can’t get him back down (usually at least 4 hours after his Pepcid dose–not the first time he wakes up, but the first time I have trouble getting him to go right back down after BF).

I think its fine to give mylanta as well. make sure its the mylanta cherry supreme. I would be easier i guess to just do the pepcid complete it did help my son a bit. The other day i took it for myself and it took my symptoms away within 10 minutes!

Thanks. Teething is really kicking our bums at the moment, so it’s nice to have a backup plan in case the Pepcid doesn’t seem to be doing the trick.
