What am I going to do??? I put Dagney to bed tonight, turned on the monitor, and it won’t work!! I can hear the sound at first, but then after the 10 seconds when the video is supposed to come on, the screen is dark, and there’s no sound. If I hit the “video off” button on the top, to turn off the video, then the sound works again. Has this happened to anyone else???
I bought it back in February, so we’ve only had it for about 7 months, but I, of course, don’t have the receipt anymore. I’m going to have to call the company tomorrow and just hope it was manufactured less than 1 year ago (the paperwork says it’s guaranteed for 1 year after manufacture date if you don’t have your store receipt). I’m sure the manufacture date is on the camera, which is hooked onto the wall, so I’m not going to attempt to take that down with a sleeping nearly-one year old in the room!! I don’t think I can live without it, I’m addicted!!! I was tempted to run out to the store at 7:30 to buy a new one, but I’m going to give them a call tomorrow & see what they say. I don’t know if I can handle not having it for the weeks (I’m sure it would take) to send it back to the company & have them fix/replace it!!
