My son seems to tolerate everything except milk and soy–and possibly corn. That said, I am thinking about introducing peanut butter, but I am little wary. What age is appropriate to introduce it? I would love for him to eat something so high in calories and fat (since he is VERY small for his age)!! He is now 13 months.

I introduced it to my middle child and oldest after a year (neither had allergy issues). I have heard recently though they recommend waiting till after age 2. I would check with your ped for his thoughts on it. Peanut allergies are a pretty big deal. My dh’s coworker recently tried to introduce it and the kid got whelps from just touching it. He now has an epi pin.
