Pedi GI surgeon-DS possible malrotation of bowel

Not sure where to ask this question. I saw the info about GI doc for different areas, however we need a pedi GI surgeon. DS reflux, poor feeding, and tummy pain (he is 16 months old now, problems all along) may be due to a malrotation of his bowel (had an upper GI that showed an extra loop of bowel).

So anyone know any good surgeons? Looking at either Cook’s Ft Worth or Medical City. Leaning toward Cook’s, DS also has an airway hemangioma.
