Well, after much back and forth over which probiotics to use we finally bought some and started using them. Henry is back to sleeping! I believe introducing the solid foods caused the sleep disturbances, but the probiotics are definitely helping with that. I felt I just couldn’t give up on solids since he is almost 6 months and so interested in eating! Now we are doing one meal of solids a day (a veggie or a cereal) and probiotics once a day. . .and we are sleeping through the night. Yeah for probiotics! And YEAH YEAH YEAH for sleep!
