Can someone please give me some insite on what actually goes on with this procedure. My son is scheduled to have one tomorrow morning. Is this just like a standard ultrasound?

When our daughter had this done it was just a regular ultrasound that looked at the muscles of the stomach and the tech knew right away that she had pyloric stenosis. Is that what they are checking for?? Good luck!
