His upper Gi did show immediate and sever reflux( baruim all the wayout of the esopagus into the mouth between swallows), so they did not bother with the PH probe. I have been pushing for a swallow study but he does not see ENT until the 17th of may. Origianlly scheduled for june 9th, but with calling and calling and getting my ped to call it got moved up to the 17th of may.
as for meds, I am suppoed to call the ped GI today to report AIden progress. He is still on prilosec 1mg/kg 2x a day. Underdosed!!!!!! He started him on Neocate earleir this week instead of a med adjustment rightnow. I am faxing over agian the Marci kids stuff today to try and get him a precscription for atleast prevacid since zegerid os not covered and I can’t afford to pay out of pocket withthe cost of the neocate. I have already sent aletter on that too to my insurance, and called and am haivng him call…..I’ll be back after my call I’m sure with questions and comments to post…
