Chase is 6 months old and has been having problems since he was about 5 months old (after starting cereal). I am going to go on the TED diet – but on Dr Sears website, it says for older babies they are less sensitive to fruits and vegetables in moms diet and in theirs so the recommed mainly protein elimination… So, I am going to eat most fruits and veggies and the range fed turkey, BUT I don’t know where to get the turkey (or what brand to get from the store). Does anyone have any ideas? I live in Mid Nebraska in a smaller town and mostly shop at Walmart, but we also have a few other grocery stores. I also think I am going to wait on eating rice because I am curious if he is sensitive to that. Anyone else have problems with rice?

Oh, and I guess my topic was reintroducing foods because that is actually what I was thinking of when I started to post. Does anyone know of a good resource that gives you an example of what foods to introduce and in what order, or does anyone have any personal experience with that? Can you tell that I am new at this and have TONS of questions

many babies can not tolerate any grains. children do not have the enzyme amalyse (sp?) to digest grains until between 1or 2 years old. i have read quite a few posts lately about babies doing terrible with all grains (rice, oats, barley)

Where I live you can get free range turkey at our local health food store.
