When we were eating rice bread (before Ben went rice-free) we liked the Kinnikinnick breads. Their tapioca rice bread and their white sandwich bread are both pretty good. I also like their raisin tapioca rice bread. All of these are gluten and casein free. But like all gluten free breads (unless fresh baked), they are best kept in the freezer and just take out the slices as you need them, then toast for best taste.
