Rotation diet

Hello all,

My son is almost four months, on good meds for reflux, and his little system is just clearing up from food intolerances. I’ve been on strict TED (only potatoes, squash, and pears/now apples) for over two weeks now, traditional TED before that, and m/s free before that. I’ve tried to add back in rice, oatmeal, and chicken days apart, in an attempt to add in some protein. I also tried avacados, which I’m fairly certain he reacted to. We’ve been testing for occult blood as well as watching for mucous etc. We had been blood free for a week until I tried chicken. I have to eat limited fats for now bc I have gallstones and am having my gallbladder removed on the 16th.

Has anyone had good success with a rotation diet? If so, how did you do it?
