Yay for Ariella! DH and I were talking and she was playing with her toys on the floor. I was sitting on the love seat and he was on the sofa and they’re about 6-7 feet apart. She just stood up and took a good 10-15 wobbly steps from me to DH. I held my breath and was afraid to let it out so she wouldn’t fall. It made me cry (but I’m emotional nowadays). It’s an amazing feeling to see your little one achieve these important milestones. mariannardh2007-09-17 21:54:12

Thank you everyone. DH told his parents this morning and his mom goes “yeah, she took a few steps in our house yesterday also but I don’t consider it walking yet”. Umm, I wonder what walking is in her book?

Yay for Ariella. They seem to grow up almost instantly now….toddlers not babies!
