The past few nights, Seth has been waking several times but I don’t think it is reflux. He keeps gnawing on his paci (yes, he still has one) and Sunday night, he said he hurt (but would never tell us where) and was miserable until we gave him so Motrin. He is also drooling more than usual. I thought he had all of his teeth but then I saw on here something about 2.5 year old molars?? The timing would be just right if there is such a thing. Does anyone know if they are supposed to be on the top or bottom?? I felt in his mouth but did not feel anything.

Count his teeth. If he has less than 20, he will be cutting more. I’m not sure if top or bottom come in first. It probably differs from child to child.

Oh I hope it isn’t those last 4 molars. I think that they were the worst by far for us. Isaac is still working on the last one but is almost done and it has been awful!

I counted his teeth last night (Thanks, Christine – I would have never of thought of that and did not even know they had 20 primary teeth!) and he has all of them. So, do you think he may have a cavity???

Sometimes an ear infection can make them chew on things…
