Goodluck…we have to make some hard decisions as parents…I think that this is just the beginning (wait till they come home and talk about boys
). All we can do is weigh up what we think is best and do it. No-one here will ever judge (all those Drs have a monopoly on that
.) Thats why it is such a relief to be able to get on here at the end of the day…it always makes me feel supported and relaxed

I can’t thank all of you enough for the support and kind words. This parenting thing is tough, and these babies need moms who will do anything they can, even it means telling doctors a thing or two! So far, Sadie has had 4 doses, and she hasn’t showed any bad effects yet- She was up more last night than usual, but honestly, I think she was starving for a change, as we fed her at 3:00 am and she scarfed it down! Before, she was sleeping through the night, but not eating enough during the day, so even though we are getting less sleep for the moment, I feel better knowing that maybe it’s working a little, and that my peanut will eat more. I guess we’ll just try to feed her as much as we can during the day, and hope that she finally fills up enough to sleep all night- Whatever it takes!So, thanks ladies…I don’t know what I would do without this forum- nobody else understands if they’ve never been through this- I have a sister-in-law with a 6 month old, and she acts like I am a drama queen, as she has the “perfect” baby and had the perfect pregnancy- If she only knew how lucky she is!
But, I wanted to share one thing one of my sisters told me, that stuck with me: “A great captain was never made by always sailing calm seas.” We are all better moms because we have had to deal with all of this stuff!
