OK, so I’m FULL of questions/issues today! Dagney will be transitioning in a few weeks to Nutramigen from Neocate, and I’ve heard several things from different people on how to do it. Both docs said to do 1 bottle/day for a week of nutramigen, then go to 2 bottles/day etc, until all the bottles are nutramigen. Shouldn’t we do 2 ounces per bottle for the first week so that all the bottles taste the same, or does that really matter?

yes, thats what i would do.. add it into the neocate.. it works best when they are used to something.. and it gets into their system slower ..letting them adjust to it better.
