Hi ladies-
Just wondering if any of you have any suggestions for a daily vitamin for me. I know that I need to be taking something, but I have never been able to take vitamins– they make me burp awful tasting stuff and I hate the taste they leave in my mouth and they just make me nauseated sometimes. I know that may sound weird, but I only took what I could when I was pregnant or BF’ing, but the minute I didn’t need to take them I didn’t!
I would prefer something that you can buy in a store cause I’m not organized when I comes to remembering to stock up and liquid form, not to be particular or anything!! I also have an awful time with the size of calcium and I know that I don’t get enough of that!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
