I am so sorry the weaning didn’t go well. I can imagine how sad you must be.
I bet it’s the teething and she just needs to get over that.

Hello!!! Sarah is doing fantastic. I’m glad I stuck it out and kept her at a lower dose because after she cut two new teeth…she was HAPPY again! Yay! It has been 3 weeks now with the lower dose and I see NO problems.
So…I have now been introducing 2-3oz of whole milk! She is on day 3 with it and so far so good! She LOVES it! I have had to give it to her in a straw cup because she will only take formula from a bottle, juice/water from her regular sippy…so I introduced a new cup that will be her milk cup. She does the sign for “more” when she’s done with her milk…but I don’t want to overdo it. So glad she likes it though! Fingers crossed!!! After I’m positive of how she’s handling milk, I will continue with the wean of meds. I wanted to wait and post after the milk trial (with hopefully good news)…but I’m too impatient so I spilled the dairy trial beans early.

Caden is cutting 4 teeth all at once right now, and boy has he been cranky! I thought maybe the reflux was coming back, and I think it has a little bit, but he also doesn’t seem bothered by it like he was as a newborn.
He has cut 3 of his teeth and has one top tooth partially cut through (it looks really red and even has a little blood
) I know that must hurt. I’ve been giving Tylenol at night to help him rest. I’m glad she is doing better now
