What does eczema look like?

My son has been on nutramigen for a little over a week now and he still has tiny red bumps on his face and it also seems dry. i have noticed that when I hold him he tries to rub his face on my shirt like he itches or something? I am not sure what eczema on an infant looks like but his is not severe looking, just tiny red bumps on his face and it also seems a little patchy and dry. If you look closely its like there are little bumps under the skin too.
