InactiveI saw this topic on another board and thought it might be fun for us all to share our kids’ nicknames.

Here are mine:
Isaac: Usually just Ize, but sometimes turns into Ize the Wise. His grandma calls him Mr. I.
Parker: I usually call him Parker Man, or just Park which sometimes turns into Park the Lark. Isaac calls him Parkster which I’ve used sometimes too.
Bryce: Bryce has always been Bryce-a-roni, which turns into just Roni sometimes.
He’s also been called Bry, Bry Guy or Bryce Man.March 16, 2007 at 3:38 pm #27643Anonymous
InactiveI call Dylan – Pumpkins or Chick-a-dee. I am the only one who calls him these names. David calls him – Buddy.
I call Carter – Chubbs. He is my chubby baby, but I think I need a new one before he is old enough to understand. I am also the only one who calls him this.

Keymasterjonah: I call him Boo-boo or Boo and I call him my dove (jonah means dove)…if he is all snotty (as in w/ mucous, not his attitude, LOL
) I call him Smarkukeleh (smar-koo-keh-leh)ari: I call him Ari-a (ari then followed by the letter ‘A’) &, from there, he gets all the Vowel names, LOL: ari-a, ari-i, ari-o, ari-u

Inactivewell, I call Seth Nukky, Nuk and Nuk Nuk all the time (he actually probably hears this more than Seth). NUK was the first brand of pacifiers he had from day 1 and although we use a different kind now, he still has paci 2+ years later and the nicknames have stuck!
I also call him Chunk Chunk, he was always so thin but is now really putting on weight and looks so BIG and healthy
. Like Ann Marie, I’ll have to stop this one soon. Other ones that I use are punkin, tinker and lamb chop when I pick him up from daycare because I am so happy to see him . I try not to but I can’t help it. Luckily he doesn’t emabarrass easily now. I’m sure his teachers think I am nutso though.

InactiveLiza – Liza Belle (because she’s my little princess)

Eliana – Ellie Belle (because she’s my little princess)

Myles – Poochy Pooh (because he loves his toy Pooh bear), and Monkey moo (because it rhymes with poochy pooh and because he loves to put his head between his legs, hang upside down, and do other silly little monkey things)

InactiveJustin – sweat pea only when he was little. He was my first and he was 5 lbs 12 ozs. He was little like a pea.
Joshua – has always been little one. My dad always called him this and now that my dad is gone I think that little one will stick even longer.
Colton – C-burr ( see-bur) I don’t know why. or goose as in a silly goose. Superman because he is truely my superman.

InactiveAlana gets- Alana bear (from all the growling she did when she was in reflux pain…mean I know) Alana nana (when she “chucks a wobbly”) and most times we call her Lana (I think I wanted to call her Lana but we ended up on Alana).
I know this is bad but sometime I accidently call her good pup or puppy. We have had dogs for about 15 years and it just kind of slips out. As long as she doesn’t start eating the dog food and cocking her leg to pee it will be OK..I’m sure.

OK I’m bored so I have been adding pics…you will all get bored with them soon
. BTW she actually has very blue eyes…bit hard to tell in the photos.evergreenie2007-3-17 5:23:31

InactiveOur Benjamin is almost always Ben, except when he’s not listening, or doing something he shouldn’t, then he gets Benjamin! I refuse to let anyone call him Benji, or Benj – that drives me crazy! Sometimes he’s monkey, or buddy (as in “Good job Buddy!)
I don’t really have any for Paige yet, but sometimes find myself calling her peanut, or little lady.

InactiveWe also called Sarah peanut until she was a few months old. Then she was such a big baby that it just didn’t seem to fit. We started to call her pumpkin instead. I just gave that one up recently.

InactiveDagney is called Dag (for obvious reasons), Sweetie, Stinky, Stink-pants, and my husband calls her Noodle-girl, Punkin…
Many of these nicknames have been transferred from our little dog, Banjo (sometimes I mistakenly call Dagney Banjie), who has always been known as the Stinkpup, Noodle-dog, and every variation you can get from either of those!
