and, give zantac while you’re in limbo, making sure you give 10mgs per kilo (and making sure you give it at about 4hrs seperate from the PPI if you’re still giving it)

We are in Sioux Falls, SD which is about 4 hours from the cities. We see Dr. Gary Neidich at Sanford’s Children’s. He also has a new partner – Dr. Doubledee. Helen from the forums came down from ND and, as far as I know, is still doctoring with Neidich. The thing that I like about him – and would be beneficial to someone who is quite far away – is that he deals with questions and med changes over the phone. You would probably need to have an initial visit with himi face to face but then I feel he would be easy to deal with over the phone. He takes all of my calls! Good luck. I love this specialist but haven’t found a pediatrition or family doctor that is as agressive as Dr Neidich is – so I continue to make visits with him when there is something else bothering Carson’s reflux (ears, sinuses, etc.) but he doesn’t give us the cold shoulder – we really like him!
