I would ask about getting a swallow study done, like what Lori mentions, to see if baby is aspirating- this is done by a Speech Pathologist- sounds funny bcse babies dont have ‘speech’ but anyway the way the baby swallows & how s/he swallows is looked at
also what are the medications? forms (ie: compounded prilosec, prevacid solutab, etc) and amounts (in mgs)? and how much does baby weigh?
the reason I ask is bcse unfortunately many many babies are not medicated ‘properly’
