I just got a bottle of this last night. We had to special order it but it was well worth it! Isaac loves it so much! The bottle suggested putting some on fruit and Isaac ate it all up. It is also good for frying things-safe at high heats! Just wanted to share!

ohh is it like coconut oil? or other oils?? i am not sure what it is.. have you tried giving him avacodo at all? we just gave it to shane.. and i need to “hide it”. but avacodo is very healthy…

soo i would love to know what it is..

Lauren-It is really just like a cooking oil or salad oil. This is their website-I highly reccomend it! Isaac hates straight avacado and being on a high fat diet I want to make sure it is good fats
