Cant figure out what LO's sensitivity is

Thanks, actually she doesn’t really have any pain. So for me, I find it hard to see what is really bothering her since it is really only her diapers that aren’t right. She does spit up a lot and I do see her swallowing a lot of the times when she is laying down like she is having reflux but my doctor said if it is not bothering her not to worry about it. Is that correct? She does have really bad breath and the spit up smells awful but there are just a few rare occasions that I can tell when it bothers her.
