Oh, and I meant to say that I also agree with Laura on the babywearing! It certainly saved my life this time around. If I had to do it over again, I would for SURE be babywearing again (reflux or not)

I know there is a worry that reflux might be genetic, but neither I or my husband suffer and Alana did. I know thats kind of backwards reasoning….but if reflux isn’t genetic all the time, its quite possible that the genes might also not be passed on, IYKWIM. So there is always hope that your next bub will be reflux free. Enjoy your pregnancy and try not to let this get you down. I will cross my fingers for you.
