Family bed and reflux baby

Hi all. For those that cosleep, could you share what sort of sleeping set up you have? My 6 week old DS only seems to be able to sleep upright on his tummy. Right now I prop myself up with pillows and he sleeps t2t in a RS. I’m having a terrible time sleeping in that position all night without rolling onto my side. I end up on my side eventually due to exhaustion and attemp to nurse DS that way but then his reflux acts up. I try and keep us both propped up with pillows for side lying but for whatever reason it just doesn’t work.

I’m wondering if products like a wedge pillow and sling would help? Or maybe an adult reflux pillow would allow us to nurse and sleep side lying? We have a king size bed and DH and DD sleep there too. There’s not much room for products but we have a spare bed if need be.

What are your sleeping arrangments?

Hi! I was wondering if you found any information on your questions. I do the same with my son. Anytime I try and lay him down, whether two hours or longer after he eats he instantly spits up.
