Help – need a dose! Laura?

Well, I hate to say it, but the pain screams from reflux started the other day. As this is my third time doing this, we’re not messing around and going straight to a PPI, but the marci kids site seems to be under renovation and I can’t get a dose recommendation. Can anyone help? Laura? I’m looking at giving the Prevacid rapid melts, or whatever they’re called. 15 mg tabs.

Reid is 12 weeks old and weighs 16 lbs (yes, that much!)
