HELP please! Chocobase Instructions!

Does anyone use Chocobase Max with Prilosec OTC? I have LOST my instructions after using my first batch–and I have a 2nd batch I need to make as I’m down to my last dose! ARGHHH!

I have emailed Dr. Phillips but haven’t gotten anything back yet. I know to use 15 tabs pulverized and then add the powder that dissolves the enteric coating, but I don’t know how much water to add. Can someone please tell me how the water is divided? I know then to leave it for 15 minutes and then add the Chocobase portion. Is the water divided up? I can’t remember–I feel so incredibly dumb.
