InactiveIf you have some prayers to spare, my neighbour can sure use them. Last Saturday their 7 week old baby boy started acting sick, so they took him to the emerg since it was the weekend. In the waiting room he stopped breathing, and thankfully they were able to revive him. Since then he’s been in the NICU and has needed to be revived several times. They’ve tested everything under the sun (including reflux) and everything has come back negative. He’s still in the NICU and having episodes where he’s not breathing and needing help to recover. They also have a one year old at home and have been trying to juggle things. I just feel so badly for them and have been praying that their son gets over this soon and that they find out what’s wrong so that they can help him. In the meantime they’re queerying viral encephalitis. It’s so scary. For anyone who believes in the power of prayer, I’d be grateful if you’d say a prayer for Mitchell. Thanks.

InactiveLori, that’s so nice of you to bring them some food. They must be so worried. Is he going to be ok? I guess there’s no treatment if it’s viral except wait and watch?
