For Myles it did take 10 days to see the full effect once he was on a high enough dose, but there was some improvement after just a few days.
Good luck. I hope your little guy does as well as Myles did once his dose was high enough. It was like night and day. I finally had a happy baby. I hope you do too!
We are on zegerid, but I increased her dose 3 months ago and saw relief within 2 days. A few weeks ago I lowered her dose back down to what it was in hopes that I could continue to decrease and eventually wean. Unfortunately she just wasn’t acting like herself. Nothing like the fussiness we saw un medicated, but I noticed subtle differences so I increased her dose again about a week ago and saw my happy baby again about 2 days later. So, I’m not sure if it’s 100% the same with prevacid and zegerid but my guess is you won’t have to wait as long.
