I have never used Mylanta or anything like it before. However, I am at my wits end with the afternoon and evening pain my son has. Do I need to give the Mylanta a certain amount of time before the feeding or can I give it immediately before? Is it a liquid that I use a syringe?
Thanks for the help.

mylanta cherry suprem through a syringe. i forget how much for a 4 month old but if i remember correctly it is to be given 2 hrs before or after the ppi. food is not an issue frrom my experience
We did 1/4 tsp every 2 to 4 hours at first (which is around 1 mL). That caused her to have really runny stools, so we cut it back to every 4 to 6 hours. We actually added it to her bottles per the ped GI’s suggestions.
