Is it the packets or capsule? Packets are supposed to be mixed with 15ml water, let it sit and thicken. Give on empty stomach then wait 1 hour to feed.
For capsules (we use these since the packets kept clumping), you just take apple juice or pedialyte, pour into a small container (not a lot, we use 20ml so we have extra to wash everything down and keep him happy for a bit), open capsule and add beads, suck up into syringe and administer. If you don’t use enough liquid you may need to follow up with some extra to made sure all the beads get down.
Good luck! We love the Nexium capsules, only med that worked for us.
If you have trouble with the hour wait, our first dr said water in a bottle was ok. Now we do use water downed apple juice cause he does not like water, but it helps get through if he is really not wanting to wait. At 1 month our pedi at the time said 4 oz of water per day was ok, but not too much because they do need to eat at the 1 hour mark. I usually just do 2 oz max.
