My LO is 3months old and on 15mg prevacid a day (7.5mg 2x). I switched to OTC prevacid yesterday with a little apple sauce – as I think the solutabs are giving her gas and poop issues (on some good advice from this group).

My question is regarding dosing timing. Do you space it 12htrs apart (aka 630am and 630pm) or is it better to do something like 630am and 4pm….since she goes to bed around 8pm.

as w/ everything reflux related, it’s a lot of trial & error…

go w/ your first instinct of 6:30 & 4pm & see how that goes…

marci kids actually recommends three doses…
