InactiveJust wanted to chime in that I bought iFlora 4-Kids. It’s formulated for children under the age of 1. It says it is dairy free. The “other ingredient” listed is Rice Starch. It is also a powder that I added to Sarah’s bottles.
I ordered it online b/c I also don’t live near a health food store. Let us know how you like yours!

InactiveThe kind I use contains no aspartame, sucrose, sorbitol, artificial colors or flavors, wheat, corn, soy or yeast proteins, or animal products (dairy)…it is BioSet hypoallergenic Probiotic Supplement. We get them at our chiroprators office. the come in capsules so I just add the powder to a bottle or in a sippy cup, or in food etc.

InactiveJust an update. I used the one I ordered for 5 days, it helped with his bm’s, we were down to 2/day, but he started getting little bumps all over his face and chest. So I stopped it since I found that it has trace milk/lactose. I am borrowing some from a friend and she says the label says that it is milk/soy free. Once we try it and I findout the name, if all goes well I will post again. We are back today to 4-6 bm’s day. I really prefer only 2/day. I’ll keep you all posted.

InactiveBeth,
we use floraMore by renewlife as well. this one is for children 1 and up. It is working really well for kendra( she has lost of allergies and no reaction at all so far). she had an yeast infection b/c of the antibiotics she is on now for another ear infection she has and it’s under control with this probiotic. Also renew life probiotic has FOS (fructooligosaccharides) added to it, a type of carbohydrates that acts as food for acidofhilus, helping this little bugs multiply and attach themselves better to the intestine
Also, a mom a know told me that i could springle it on kendra’s bottom as well when her rashes get too bad. She has done with her baby with good results.I hope he is feeling better soon.May 19, 2008 at 7:31 pm #51580hellbennt

InactiveDoes anyone know if these can be mixed with medications? I’d like to mix this with homemade zegerid mix, but I want to make sure it won’t reduce the effectiveness of either the med or the probiotic.mblakley2013-06-24 15:35:39
