marci-kids is down 🙁

noah is now 12 lbs 14 oz and is 5.5 months old. i wanted to see what the dosage should be compared to what our ped prescribed. can someone figure it out?

any help is appreciated!

okay quick math here:

he is 5.9kg (roughly) you can give up to 10mg/kg

so that would make his max dose 59mg/day

most Zantac is 15mg/ml so he could have up to ~4ml/day split in to 2 or 3 doses…even or uneven.

I would do 2ml 2x/day.
