InactiveMaybe some of you have been through something similar?
My son is 10 months old. He has had “silent reflux” since he was born. He has never been a good eater. At 7 months, after eliminating the top5 allergens from my diet, I stopped breastfeeding and switched to Nutramigen. His symptoms (little to no weight gain, trouble taking bottles, uncomfortable gas, fussiness, frequent upper respiratory/ear infections, etc) continued. He refuses to eat solids, so we were referred to a speech therapist, who sent him to an allergist. His prick tests were negative, but he reacted to almost all of the patch tests. We switched his to Neocate and he finally started to gain a little weight, but he has now started to projectile vomit randomly and wakes up SCREAMING, thrashing, farting every couple hours at night. We have an endoscopy scheduled for the end of the month to rule out EE, but I don’t know what to do to help my little guy until then.
Any advice would be great!
